We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.
Because reports are custom-prepared, refunds are only available before work has begun. Once an astrologer starts your report, it cannot be refunded.
Unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
You may cancel an order from your dashboard while it is still pending or processing. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per the above.
